Sleep help - 6 month old

Im struggling with with my almost 6 month old not sleeping!

As a newborn she slept great, and up until the 4 month sleep regression hit she would do 6-8 hour stretches with 12-14 hours in total at night. Ever since the regression though she’s up every 1-2 hours with maybe 7-8 hours in total at night. I follow wake windows during the day and at the moment it’s 2 hours. I usually start getting her down at night around 8pm and usually it takes hours with false starts when I just give in and end up co-sleeping. Daytime naps are contact or in the pram or car, if I try and put her down she wakes up. She’s combi fed and usually feeds to sleep and we are just starting with weaning.

I am exhausted and it feels like this is never going to end 😩. Does anyone have any tips to get her to sleep better? I’m reluctant to sleep train but I don’t know much about it.

Hey I’m in the same boat…did this improve or did you sleep train?

I did some gentle sleep training (no cry it out!!) at 11 months after months and months of this absolutely broke me... I really wish I'd done it earlier. We hired a sleep consultant who guided us through it, worth every penny to me.

I ended up sleep training when she was 8 months and it was the best thing we did. She’s now almost 1 and sleeps in her own room for naps and night sleep. She does occasionally still wake at night but only if teething or unwell. I really wish I sleep trained earlier, it would have saved me months of sleep deprivation
