Newly single mum of three needing life hacks to cope

Good morning, I wasn't sure where to post this but I’m looking for some advice. A lovely friend of mine has recently become a single mum to three children under 10. She works full time as a teacher and is feeling so overwhelmed - with looking after her children, balancing her job and coping financially. I’m really looking for some life hacks from single parents (any parents!) who are coping / thriving, to help make life easier for her. There is lots of family support but it’s still tough because being a teacher isn’t a normal 9-5. Thanks in advance!

Not much advice, but in terms of managing a household, being super organised + everyone having a job (age appropriate for the kids). If the 3 kids each day could even put a wash on, load the dishwasher & make their beds that will help your friend a lot.
Same with having shopping delivered on a Saturday & meal prepping every night's dinner that day (some nights can be "pop it in the oven" type meals- no one will die!) + freezing them.
Just little things. Also if possible can she find 1 thing that is her thing, eg a weekly Pilates class for 1h, a quiet bath before bed etc & arrange childcare for that time to keep herself sane?
Just some ideas! X
