Fever and Rash (pictures!)

Hi all

20 month old has had a fever (38.5 to 39.2) the last 2 days. It comes down with Calpol and Ibuprofen and he is happy, drinking and eating. The fever arrived at the same time as this rash. It is also on his torso. It is blaching so no worries on that side. But what does this looks like? Viral?

I suffer from Health Anxiety.

I would say that's it's a fairly typical presentation of a post viral rash.

If your DC is feeling well within themselves then I would say it's unlikely to be anything serious.

But as usual keep an eye on it and your DC.
