Present for newborn boy & mum with 3 boys?

Friend has just popped out number 3 and it's another boy. I know she has all the stuff from the previous ones as was intending on having a third. So is all kitted out with baby stuff & boy stuff. Is breast feeding so crate of wine is also out. Need to be able to send in post or order to have delivered to them as not able to visit for a while. Any ideas?

Voucher for a facial or something? - i went for one when DC1 was a few weeks old and DH just walked around the shops for half an hour with pram. Only suitable really though if you know that this would be do-able for her.

Or something like a nameplate for her baby's door, or something with his name on?

You can drink wine while bfing, you know! I certainly wouldn't object if someone got me some!

I have 3 boys, one currently BF. No, a crate of wine is essential. I'd suggest you get her a bigger house, a shed at the bottom of the garden, a lifetime's supply of valium, a lorryful of facecloths and the offer of a weekend away while you babysit in 6 months time.
