Bottle feeding issues

Hi everyone, hoping someone's had a similar experience and figured out what can help. I'm a FTM and have a 5.5-week old girl. She was very good with taking the bottle for the first 4 weeks, but over the last week or so, feeding has been much more laborious. Each feed starts with a bit of choking and then she either dribbles lots of milk on the sides or needs a break after only a few sucks. She still has feeds which are not problematic, but they are rare. I'm not sure what the issue is- teat size?(but she was ok with size 1 for the first month), not really hungry? (She's fed on demand and I follow her cues), tongue tie? (Wouldn't it be an issue earlier/she's gaining weight well). Thanks for your thoughts :)

It could be normal baby behaviour but I suppose it could be TT. Does she have any of the symptoms?

And have you found the Infant Feeding section yet? Wink

My baby does this. I can't help with what causes it but feeding in an elevated side lying position improved things massively for us. It's still the only way I can feed him, which is getting a bit difficult now he's 4 months old and as long as my torso!
