Baby ate shaving foam

We were at a messy play this morning and my 13 month old put a bit of shaving foam in his mouth. Not much as I ran over and stopped him in the process, and washed his hands straight away. Now I’m really worried. He’s drinking water and eating fine. Do I need to do anything?
Also annoyed they had shaving foam at a messy play for babies under 18 months, surely they should be using taste safe ingredients shouldn’t they?

Totally fine. Manufactures wouldn't put any toxic ingredients into a product that's designed to be used near the mouth surely?
