Baby Rash? Heat Rash or Something else?

Hi my baby has developed this rash over the last few days and the bumps are slightly raised and it's all over her body, I can't tell if it's heat rash or a viral rash or maybe something else? Does anyone have any idea? She doesn't seem poorly or have a high temp she's happy as normal but it just doesn't look very nice bless her, if anyone knows what it might be that would be great

Hiya, my baby had this recently and it was Scarlett fever. Dr said the difference between SF rash and viral rash is SF is raised/bumpy.
She had a week of antibiotics. She was unwell though with a fever. Hope your little one is okay!

Oh no! Bless her, that's not nice I hope she's okay, I did take my baby girl to the GP who said she's got Hand Foot and Mouth Disease, I have no idea where she even would've caught this from 🥺 Luckily she doesn't seem poorly or have a fever so hopefully it clears up quickly x
