13mo doesn’t eat food when hungry

My 13mo enjoys food and was finishing full portions of food although took a while to get her to that point as she LOVES milk!

She wasn’t well a couple of weeks ago and really went off food, only having milk for about a week as it’s the only thing we could get in her.

She now will eat bits of food but will then throw it and cry until we give her milk. Even when we offer her stuff that she loves. She will then guzzle whole bottles of milk so is obviously hungry.

Its really hard as I don’t want her to be hungry and I can’t explain to her that food is for when you’re hungry as she’s too young to understand.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is she absolutely recovered and well OP? Are you sure her throat or ears aren't sore?

She is teething and has the end of a cough but the dr said that will linger for a few weeks. Maybe that’s it then and I’ll just keep offering her food and trying my best!

I'd try her with a dose of Ibruprofen and a teething gel to see if that encourages her to eat a bit more Flowers
