Can anyone tell me please if I have to leave the rapid cool 3 hours before I sterilise it or can I sterilise it immediately (cold water steriliser) after use then use after 3 hours. Thank you

Only sterilise mine once a week here...

Measure out 6oz out in your bottle, pour 5 oz into rapid cool and use the left over 1oz to sterilise the formula. That way only ever hot water goes into it which is steralie anyway x
