Little spots on babies face

Hi, does anyone have any idea what these little spots are on my babies face please? (See attached pictures) She’s 3 weeks old, had them a day or so but got up this morning and they seem worse. She seems fine in herself. She’s had the peely skin since birth because she was overdue so the midwives and health visitor said that will go on its own. Just worried about these spots. Thank you

Little mill spots will go on their own. Very common don't worry.

My midwife said to put a little breast milk onto cotton pad and wipe the dry areas.

Other than that no need to worry.

This is normal. It’ll go away on its own. Your baby is lovely

It's the hormone crash. It brings out baby acne, my daughter looked like she was wearing a little red mask with how bad her skin got. Nothing to worry about! Clears up itself in about 10 days

They are just milia or “milk spots”. Really normal and will just go on their own. Same with the skin peeling.

If it doesn’t it could be a milk allergy which it was with my DD but my DD was uncomfortable feeding.
