So, recently my MIL keeps saying to my little girl “your first word is going to be nana, forget about mummy” and keeps repeating the words “nana nana nana” this first time I brushed it off mainly because I was so shocked she’d even said that especially being very specific towards me saying “mummy”. She has now done this every single time we have met up with her (about 4 times now) but infront of my partner will say “forget about mummy and daddy”. My partner is aware of how this makes me feel and he’s going to chat with her about. If this happens again before he has spoke to her how do I approach this?
