Summer Holidays

I am in need of some inspiration for things to do over Summer, kids are age 3 & 5. I have no plans so far apart from holiday clubs/nursery. Me and my DH are taking separate days off work to cover the days they aren't in childcare. At the weekends we will do things all together such as swimming and NT so want to avoid those on our solo days with them.

Walks, playgrounds, play dates, garden, picnics. Any local attractions? Farm? Beach?

Inside- scavenger hunt, movies, teddy tea party etc
5 & 3 are nice easy ages to entertain so enjoy.

I trawl Facebook for local events eg yesterday we went to an inflatables event at a local cricket club.

Have you thought of doing the summer reading challenge at the library of your are old enough? They sometimes have other events on inside the library too.

@Snozwanger great idea. I need to have a look through some local events. So far we have had a good week with trips to parks, the library and crafting.
