Baby wont drink his milk?!?!

My baby is 15 weeks old he started life off combi fed on about 30% breast milk and 70% aptamil advance. All normal with latch and feeding.
Went onto to comfort due to suspected lactose intolerance and then showed signs of CMPA such as vomitting etc. So has since been put onto pepti 1 and all cmpa symptons vanished and would drink whole bottles of 210ml constantly.
He's been on pepti one fine for few weeks but now has just started refusing bottle, he'll be starving and suck his thumb (a way he signals he's hungry) but will take about 30ml and give up, he'll then scream and writhe about refusing the bottle as if it's really scary or disgusting? Tried flavouring with vanilla but this dosent really work either, breastmilk he's the same with the bittle but maybe a higher chance he'll drink the whole thing.
No thrush, no fever, no red gums. At a complete loss just want him drinking.
He's taking about half of his reccomended ml per kg atm!!!

@SillyHam Hey can you please update as my little one is doing the same thing

You have to put quite a bit of vanilla essence in to mask the taste. Is the milk hot enough? I had to make it a bit hotter than I usually would. My situation was slightly different as I was mainly bf with top ups
Different teats? If you’ve swapped it could be that. If you haven’t swapped try swapping. Are you sterilising in Milton? If yes switch to microwave (can get microwave sterilising pouches).
