Swollen lump baby’s gum

Does this lump look like just a normal teething related lump or could it be something else that requires a trip to dentist or gp to look at? LO seems fussy and is crying a lot, also keeps pushing his tongue against bottom gums as if they’re bothering him - again could all just be simple teething issues.

If it's the lump on the right at the bottom, it looks consistent to me with the position of pre-molars/ molars. These are much harder to cut through as so much larger than the incisors baby has already.

I'm not a medic though, just a mum of 3. Hope baby settles soon, it's such a hard time for them.

My son had these with bottom molars, it lasted about 6 weeks and then the tooth finally appeared and was a fair way through! That was the bottom right, we’ve had a similar lump on the bottom left for about a week now and it’s definitely causing some discomfort. He chews his fingers a lot in the gap too I think to provide some relief.

Similar to the poster above, not a dentist here but definitely had the exact same thing (and still have) with 16 month old DS.
