Hi all,
my baby recently got kissed by someone with cold sore. She developed sort of flu like symptoms. I am pretty sure she got it.
im overwhelmed with the idea really that she might have got it at a very young age. Im worried if course about potential complications at her age ( like transmitting this to her eye, fingers etc.. ) and what is even worse is that some studies has linked the herpes virus that causes oral cold sores to cognitive decline in children.
so please , has anyone had a baby/ young toddler who caught this and they r doing fine?
