Flat head in my 4 month old. Is this severe??

Hi guys - my 4 month old has seemed to develop abit of a flat head.
They don’t spend much time on their back during the day but obviously sleep on their back during the night time.
Any help or advice would be brilliant!!

It doesn’t look severe to me, but my poor boy had a really flat head! It filled out fine though, if you are concerned you could mention it to the HV though so she could give you some reassurance.

sometimes I feel like because hes my son I can’t see it as much as other people but the child hates tummy time!!
having to preserve with it though and just crack on.
helmets are out of the question - far too expensive for us. Hopefully with more tummy time it’ll sort itself out.
