Coping with end of maternity leave

I'm going back to work in a couple of months when my DD is 7 months (as we're doing shared parental leave and my partner is taking the 2nd half).

I'm already really dreading going back, and how much I will miss my baby. I'll be wfh so will still get to see her lots, but still really struggling with the idea of adjusting from being with her 24 hours a day.

Does anyone have any tips for coping with going back to work?

This is my first, and we won't be able to have any more, so I've also been feeling sad that this will be my only opportunity to have this time. I feel like I'm not appreciating my leave as much as I should because I'm worrying about it being over.

It'll be okay, I promise. It actually makes you appreciate being around them a lot more because that time is limited. And the weekends are great, because they become precious family time.
