My 5 yr old would never sit on a potty. My 4 yr old(his bday yesterday)won't either. tried to go straight to loo, but trainer seat wobbled so won't get on. I've tried bubble bath down the pan to make it fun, allowing him to pull the flush upteenth times, but still not a glimmer of hope. He's not bothered sitting in poo, says 'someones done a poo'eventually, normally we smell it first,or'NAH,NAH,NAH,NAH ala bartholomew the bear learns to use the potty book. That darn book has really set us back. Any other good ideas anyone?

sticker chart with some spandangaly surprise gift if he goes on the toilet for 5 days?

Does he start school this september? As if he is looking forward to going, tell him he won't be able to go unless he can poo like a big boy on the toilet.
