Hi all!
My DD will be 7 months next week. She has learnt how to roll both back to front and front to back but it seems she goes through phases of just forgetting? She just will do it for a couple of days then nothing for ages.
Not sure if the fact I've had no sleep is making it worse but I can not stop worrying about it 🫠 has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal?!

She's only 7 months old. They don't learn in a linear way. Try not to think of each thing she does as a tick-box scenario.

Weirdly sometimes they learn a skill and then it’s like they’ve mastered that so don’t bother again for a little while.
our health visiting service has a drop in and a text line which is always handy if you have the same? They never seemed bothered by my questions.

She doesn't forget, she just doesn't do it for a bit.

If you are worried generally it can be helpful to look at what she does do - make a brief note - and review over time. You will in all likelihood see development happening.
