Nail cutting

When were your children able to cut/clip/trim/file their own nails?

Thinking this tonight as I cut DD's and wondering how much longer I'd have to do it for!

I can't remember for me. I can remember being a child and having them cut for me, and being a teenager and cutting or clipping them myself. But I can't remember what happened inbetween!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Oddly I can't remember either. I think it might have been before I stopped bathing them.

I mean being around at bathtime really. Didn't really explain that very well Blush

Mine just bite theirs, haven't had to cut a fingernail forever. Sigh.

Interesting! I don't get much involved in bathtime now - just come in to supervise hair rinsing and then do the nail cutting part.

Maybe we're not far off then?!

DD is 8.

DS is 9. He just had a go at doing his and didn't like it so I ended up doing them lol
