Bath products for sensitive skin

I’m struggling to find bath products that don’t make my 6-month-old boy’s skin all red and blotchy. Tried Johnson’s, Child’s Farm and Aveeno but he seems to react badly to all. Can anyone recommend anything else for super-sensitive skin or is just a case of going back to using just water? TIA!

Try QV body wash. My DCs have sensitive dry skin and this is great. There is a QV bath oil which is also good. Otherwise the GP just said to wash with Dermol lotion, but I always find that a bit weird because it’s body lotion!
