My 10 week old has severely dry skin all over her body, think she does ha e a bit of eczema and is very sensitive, her skin is literally like sandpaper, I have tried Johnson's, Aveeno baby and Childs farm bath products and moisturisers, nothing improves, any other recommendations?

I think my baby is the same and i tried aveeno and it didn't seem to help. I have been using kokoso and that seems to reduce the redness.

I would only wash with water and then use an emollient such as epimax to moisturise. You can also use this in the bath as a soap substitute. My DD had some really dry patches all over her body and this cleared it up within a few days. Now I use it everyday to keep her moisturised. You could also do an oatmeal bath. You put about half a cup of oats in a muslin cloth and tie it with a bobble/elastic band. Put it in the bath whilst it’s running and then use the cloth as a sponge/flannel. It’s really soothing.

I'd ask for a referral to a Dermatologist. We struggled with DC1's skin first years before we got a diagnosis of Ichthyosis.

Ask your GP. My neice had really bad eczema and she needed steroid cream and a special bath gel.
