Teething?

Can someone please tell me if this looks like teeth coming through? FTM here, I've no idea. He doesn't have any symptoms like red cheeks, and he's really not a fussy baby at all. He's had a bit of a cough and phlegm in his throat for a few days.

Could be just a cold then? Teeth take a while to come through so may not be showing but he can still be in discomfort. Usually there is a faint white line on the gum when they are about to erupt.

He isn't showing any other signs of a cold, that's all, so I'm a bit confused
