Mine had the same - don't worry, it goes away quite quickly. Midwife told me to clean her face with breast milk!!

Exactly the same here - really flared up as well when mine got hot and cross!
Completely went within a few weeks and she’s got lovely smooth skin now at 4 months.

Very normal. My four week old had it...it's starting to look a bit better today.

I’m not sure how old your baby is but when my baby daughter had baby acne I was advised by other mums online to use ‘mustela no rinse cleansing water’ and ‘auqaphor healing ointment’ both purchased from Amazon. It cleared her skin within days! Alternatively you can use breast milk however it did not work for my baby.

Ahhh what a gorgeous baby congrats, don't worry about the baby acne it goes in no time!

Such a beautiful baby.
DS had acne when a bit older. I was BF and turned out it was linked to early pregnancy that ended as a MMC. Something to do with the hormones.

Two of mine had it, it cleared up on its own. Just rinse with water, you don’t have to use products and such a young babies skin. It’s very common.

i think most get this, we called them milk spots. Will get worse when they are hot but usually clear up on their own.

Baby is a beaut… congratulations.

Little poppet!

It goes with time. I remember online it always said about two weeks but ours lasted a good five weeks so dont panic if it lasts longer! Cute baby - congrats!
