Scratching

My 6 month old still scratches her face, I assume to self soothe at night. I just don’t know how to encourage her to stop 😞

I'm guessing it's not normal to do this but she has no rashes on her head so I don't know why and does it 😞

I'm not sure.. I think scratch mitts would be the only way you could maybe stop her until she grows out of it?

Are they not wearing scratch mits?

Mine still does this at 1. Totally normal self soothing behaviour. Assume they grow out of it as she does it less. Just got to keep on top of the nails.
