Fed undercooked chicken to 1 year old

I feel absolutely terrible and horrified. I was having a busy day, we were out of groceries for my daughters meal and had to order that and got bit late to prepare her breakfast. I am the only person who buys and cleans any non veg in the house. So that day it was my parents and husband who prepared milk and breakfast for my daughter while I went to get the chicken form the store.
My daughter is 15month old and I came back listening my baby being fussy and everyone saying she is not eating anything and asking for you. I don't like keeping raw meat in refrigerator and decided to clean, cook and marinate it fast, take bath and then can hold the baby.
I did everything in hurry and hence decided to cook chicken in microwave. So I set the microwave for slimfry option and went to take the bath. Came back to see that timer is up, I assumed it was done.
So took it out, ate the entire chicken and kept drumstick for my daughter. I was working while eating and did not notice if chicken was cooked or not, while my daughter was sleeping. I scraped the meat from drumstick kept in fridge to give to her in evening, which I did.
So, Now my after thought is chicken might not have cooked because I cooked the next day as well and it was pink and raw even after cooking for extended time, I am from India and we do get frequent power cuts and microwave isn't connected to backups could have stopped randomly.
I am horrified I have given her raw chicken?
I do have stomach cramps and nausea and it's been 2.5 days now. My daughter hasn't eaten much either since last two days but she shows no signs of vomiting/diarrhea/fever.
Should I consult pediatric and get her tested?
