How would you serve apple to a six month old? Thank you 🍎 🍏

You'd have to stew then and then mash them right down mixed with breast milk/ formula

Or just buy a ready made pouch

Weaning advice is not to do sweet tastes like fruit in the first 2 weeks though ...start with vegetables

Or you could peel and grate it and use it as finger food

You can also cut into wedges and steam until soft and either mash or give as finger food
