Dad

I was wondering if anyone knows how I go about getting my dad on my birth certificate. He isn’t my biological dad but he’s all I’ve ever known as he’s been in my life since I was 18month so don’t know life without him. I’d love him to be on my birth certificate ( I haven’t told him yet) but have no idea how to go about it?

I don’t think you can. He legally isn’t your father by birth or adoption. Unless you’re under the age of 18, then he can adopt you.

That’s sad I’m 28 now :(
