Red skin under eyebrows - is this normal?

7 weeks old and has redness of skin under his eyebrows. Everywhere else looks okay though. Does this go away etc?

Typically use coconut oil on his skin as recommended

I think so, my little one often has red eyelids or under eyebrows. It's when he's got dry skin so we just moisturise
