Eye colour prediction

My 4 month olds eyes are still a deep blue/grey that appear very blue in direct sunlight and darker blue in normal lighting.

what do you reckon her eye colour will be? 😆

What colour are your/dad's eyes?

Mine were blue till around 2 then settled to green. Dads are hazel but his father and sister have blue eyes

Far too early to tell I'm afraid. Maybe on her first birthday you'll have a better idea.

Both me and DH have brown eyes. DD (4yr10mo) also has brown eyes, that were blue up until they started changing at 8 months. Then there's DS (2yr4mo) who has grey eyes that have only slightly changed from the blue he had at birth. Genetics really are wonderful. The only family member with remotely similar eyes is my mother.

All of mine had blue eyes at 4 months. There's really no way to tell.

Dh and I both have hazel eyes.

Out of 3 dc we have:
Dc1 - brown eyes
Dc2 - bright, bright blue eyes
Dc3 - green eyes

What a lovely mix! So fascinating that they have the chance to change so much!
