Frozen muslin - how long to defrost?

Accidentally left muslin in freezer overnight as opposed to 30 mins for Teething baby.

Taken it out the freezer now - how long before it's safe to give to avoid freezer burn?

Until it's no longer frozen?

Dump it in warm water and it'll be defrosted in seconds?

Genuinely confused as to the intention of this post.

Some crackers posts on the parenting forum at the moment.

Some people just don't understand the obvious lol

Or maybe they've been up all night with a teething baby and their brain is fried?

We've all been there (at least I have 🙃)
