Sleep wear advice - 4 months old

Hi

First time mum here looking for advice please...

My just turned 4 month old has started being really sweaty during the night since we had the warmer weather last week. (Only on her back)

Our average room temp this week is between 19-20°c.
If I dress her in a long sleeve/ footless baby grow and 1 tog sleep bag I'm finding her back to be soaking wet.

If I put her in a short sleeve / short leg baby grow and 1 tog she doesn't have a wet back but her arms are really cold.

I've got a couple of 0.5 tog sleep bags, I'm not sure whether to try her in one of those with a long sleeve/footless baby grow?

Prior to the warmer weather last week she was sleeping in a 2.5 tog sleep bag with a long sleeve/footed baby grow and the room temp was similar to now with no problems.

The only thing that's changed since then is that she's had her 3rd set of vaccinations and also has hit the 4 month sleep regression.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Definitely sweat not wee leaking out the back ot the nappy?

Trying a long sleeve with 0.5 tog sounds like the obvious solution. Any reason you've not tried it already?

Also when her arms feel cold to the touch, check your own arms - I find mine cold to the touch even when I feel warm.

Thanks.
I only just picked up the 0.5 togs yesterday so wanted to wash them prior to using.

I'm pretty sure it's not wee, it doesn't smell and I tried sizing up her nappy just to make sure and still had some occasions of wet back. 😔

You could also try a long sleeved vest instead of a baby grow. Then her legs are bare inside the sleeping bag so she's cooler but her arms are still covered.
