I have a customer-facing role. I work with clients quite closely on marketing projects. I initially thought I would go back four days a week and my employer agreed that. However, I now really want to do three days. It will be really difficult in the same role to do three days though. I don’t want to talk myself out of a job! Can I ask them to consider moving me to a non client-facing role perhaps? Stressed now!
