Does anyone else’s child turn into an absolute lunatic at bedtime. My 4.5 year old goes crazy after his shower/bath - running around, standing on his head, pretending to be an animal, jumping on things. That sort of thing. I’m tired of the fight every night to get him dressed/brushed teeth when he simply refuses to do so. It’s like he’s completely tuned me out at this time. Sticker charts don’t work. The only thing that kind of works is saying he is losing his bedtime stories due to mucking around, but he loses them most nights and I kind of like winding down and reading to him. Can’t really shower/bath him before dinner due to work - plus he’s still a messy eater.
