New school fines

Does anyone know if you get fined if you had five days or over in a full academic year? Eg if you had three long weekends so had Friday and Monday three times over the three terms? So six days but not all in one block? Would we get a fine for that?

I was going to say no. I thought it had to fall within a six week period.

Rolling 10 week period I thought?

10 sessions in a rolling 10 week period, whenever there is at least one school day in that period
