Not drinking and antibiotics

My 1 year old was recently admitted to hospital with a very nasty UTI. She was on IV antibiotics amd is now at home on oral antibiotics. She's on day 3 of oral antibiotics. She's become very difficult to give milk to and is hardly drinking water. Took her to the hospital again today and they didn't seem to concerned. She's averaging about 300/400mls a day but will happily eat her food. I'm starting to have to give her thickened formula/water as she'll only take liquids of a spoon and if I feed it to her and mixing it into her food. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I'm desperate for any advice. And is thickened liquids the same as her drinking it because she just screams if I try any other way. Thank you

I wouldn't push and would just give any form of liquid
Milkshake, squash, whatever she will drink
Lots of watery food - jelly, custard, watermelon, cucumber, ice lollies

Would she eat ice pole or ice lollies?
300mls of milk sounds about right for her age anyway
Fruit will also contain water. Cereal with lots of milk?

She only turned one 4 days ago, poor girl had to spend it in hospital. She will only eat purees and very soft food at the moment and will spit anything out she has to chew. Also hates anything to cold
