Travel buggy for toddlers

Can anyone recommend a cheap travel stroller for young toddler 16 months. Bonus if it will fit in the cabin as hand luggage. TYIA

Baby Jogger City Tour 2. It’s very smooth and sturdy.

And fits in the cabin.
