What time does your 10yo go to bed?

10yo DS is seeming like he needs a later bedtime. We normally read to him until 8pm, then he reads for an hour and goes to sleep.

Recently he’s still been awake at 9:30pm saying he’s bored of reading.

He wakes up well rested at 6-6.30.

So should he go up later?

@Lolaandbehold you are welcome. Eldest recently was diagnosed with low iron and doctor was saying he is seeing it a lot recently.

I was really surprised because my eldest eats a vegetarian very healthy diet, he came that way I am a natural born sugar demon fighting the doughnut urge 🤣.
