My son is 2, and yesterday he was unusually clingy with me. I saw a big spot on his arm last night but thought it was maybe an insect bite. This morning he has several around his mouth, and a few on his arm, hand, thigh, near his bum. Barely anything on chest or back. Would you say this was HFMD or chickenpox? Neither of the spots have got dramatically any worse in the past 6 hours, I sort of assumed they’d develop more quickly than that but I might be wrong? He does also get heat rash so I think there’s a small aspect of that going on too. He’s still eating and very bright in himself. Thanks in advance
