Can someone please help me with my seven month olds sleep schedule?

As I am lost. Yesterday he woke just after 6am. Got him out his bed around 6.20am. Older brother woke shortly after. We played around in lounge, offered him a bit of milk (he is EBF) then he went back down around 8.30am after my eldest went to daycare and slept until 9.30am. We then had solids and after that had to go out and he fell asleep in the car on the way home at 12.10pm and slept until 12.45pm. After a play he was showing a lot of tired signs and I fed him to sleep around 2.30pm. He slept for 30 mins - tried to resettle but he wasn’t interested. He has solids again at dinner and I put him down for the night at 6pm. He woke screaming 30 mins after than and I patted to sleep in his cot. Usually he is fed to sleep but can go to sleep by holding to calm/drowsy and then putting in cot. That’s a typically nap day for us - about 2 hours so I usually aim for 12 hours overnight (he is awake some that for feeds). My problem is he acting like he is overtired or undertired most nights and wakes sometimes hourly from 1am and I am over it! He can do 4/5 hour stretches occasionally so I think can resettle himself. He has now woke just after 4am this morning and I’ve been struggling to get him back to sleep. Is falling asleep on me but waking on transfer. Does anyone have any tips based on your babies schedule and what works for you? Thanks!

Was he sleeping better before? Could it be teething that’s unsettling him? Your schedule sounds ok.

Having said that 6 pm for bed sounds early to me, mine never went that early, but I know early bedtime works for some.

As your EBF I'm not much use, however is he teething, have sleep regression, growth spurt...mine are older so can't remember when they usually are.

Both mine were 6/7am wake 1.5hrs in morning, 1.5hrs afternoon BUT if they slept past 3pm, even just 5 mins in the car, that night was horrendous. Eldest dropped afternoon nap at 1.5, youngest at 12 months but slept 7-7ish. But keeping them awake at witching hour (5pm) was hard.
