Smartrike brake issue

Hi there,

we got a smartrike str3, and every few minutes the brake clicks and suddenly stops the trike. It happens spontaneously by itself. What on earth could be wrong?!

We have the five series and have this EACXT same issue and it is driving me batty!! My husband took the wheels off and tightened everything but no luck…
