Hello

My DD is going on school camp tomorrow till Friday and I am finding it really hard to let her go. She is 11 and in Yr6.

My dads was killed in a car accident last year so I can't help thinking what if something happens to DD and I can't get her in time, just like not dad. Does anyone have advice on what I can to help myself through this period.

Try to keep busy. You can't let your worry affect her life though, hard as that is.

Yes, keep busy. You have to put her first and not put her in a position where she needs to be worried and doing ordinary things.

I think it's completely normal to worry about them when they go away with school but they enjoy it so much.

Start a new tv series and buy some food that you like, especially if your daughter doesn't like it.
