With hot weather forecast, can anyone advise me on how to keep my baby comfortable at night? Are fans safe, for example? Thank you x

Yes, fans are safe, as is airconditioning, but keep baby out of the direct draught. If upstairs is warmer than you prefer, move the cot downstairs.

If baby if breastfed, drink even more water yourself.

If baby is unsettled, a lukewarm bath before bed may help. Not too cold.
