4-year-old is refusing to eat dinner - Emmanuel Katto

Hi, I am Emmanuel Katto and I'm really hoping for some advice & support. My 4-year-old has been refusing to eat dinner for the past few nights, and I'm starting to get really frustrated. We're trying to introduce more healthy foods into his diet, but it seems like every time we try to serve him something new, he just refuses to even take a bite. He's always been a picky eater, but this is getting out of hand. We've tried offering alternatives, like fruit or yogurt, but he's just not interested.

I've tried bribing him with stickers and small treats, but that just seems to make things worse - he starts expecting it every time and gets upset if we don't deliver. I've also tried making mealtimes more fun by playing games and being more relaxed, but nothing seems to be working.

I feel like I'm constantly struggling to get him to eat something, anything, and it's taking over our evenings.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it? Do you have any tips or tricks for getting my little one to eat his dinner?

Stop making a big deal about dinner - if he doesn't want to eat, fine. You eat your dinner and he can have a big breakfast.
The less stress and attention you give dinner then less it will be an issue.
