how do you reward your child for good behaviours?

Hello fellow mums, I just want to ask how do you reward your toodlers for good behaviour? and in which instances do you reward them? ( when they listen to you? )

Specific praise/thanks (thanks for getting those shoes out/ well done! Climbed up to the table so quickly), hug, smile, being engaged and fun with them
I've never used actual rewards like stickers etc

As above. Specific praise and any relevant genuine reward...e.g. I offer natural positive consequences such you listened to Mummy as you put your toys away when I asked, so now we have time to go to the park etc.

Just generally noticing when they are being kind and helpful and pointing it out. I don't do anything more than that really.
