So my neice for a while now is going through a long phase of where she licks EVERYTHING from the floor to walls to gates etc.. this will often result in her tongue getting cut and bleeding. No matter how many times we say no she will still do it.
Could it be related to something like a vitamin deficiency or is it just a normal thing that she will grow out of? Her mum has taken her to the doctors (they live in a different country) and was given some medicines to take which obviously did not work. Any advice?
