Has anyone got any experience of sleep training at this age? What did you do and how did it go? What was your sleep set up before?

DS has never slept well. Night weaned at 14 months and had a few weeks of sleeping through (still cuddled to sleep). Illness struck and all unravelled. Once better tried controlled crying at bedtime alone and again slept through for about a month (17 months). Illness hit again. Tried CC again once better but was waking throughout night, unlike before, and didn't seem to be working. Have been co-sleeping since but he still wakes upset in the night and DH and I getting very little sleep for no space. Struggling at work and with my mental health on broken sleep. DS usually sleeps on 2-3 hour cycles. Waking at 5am most days too.

Have you read the No Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers? Sounds like it might be useful Wink

The Ferber Sleep Training book helped us.
DD slept through on the third night.
