Looking after baby with pain

Hi I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something like this and could share any tips on how to get through it.

pre baby id had an operation on my knee to reconstruct a ligament. All was fine for a few years. I now have a very active 9 month old baby and live in a tall house with many stairs and my knee has given way again. I am in agonising pain constantly and my husband is out for work mon-Friday 8-6pm. I don’t have any help. My knee will take a while to be seen and treated my docs. I’m scared of how to get by. :(

Have you got a good knee support to wear? Could do see a private physio for an appointment so they can strap it correctly for you?

Can you set everything up so you can stay on one floor? Play pen for the LO so if you need the loo or whatever they're safe.

If your kitchen is on a different floor then pack snacks in a cooler or even buy a small fridge to keep stuff in on the same floor.

I'd look at KT taping too. It was amazing for my shoulder when I was having issues with it!
