Screaming

My 6 month old has suddenly started screaming at the top of their lungs just for fun . Does it for attention to get a reaction and/ or does it when playing it's driving me mental.

Anyone else's baby done this is it normal so stressed and fed up with it

Perfectly normal if annoying. They've just discovered that they can do it and are playing with their voice.

A 6 month old does not have the cognitive ability to think ‘oh yeah that would be fun/that should wind mum up’. He is a small baby! Annoying but that’s what babies do. They don’t come with an off switch!
