14 month old woke at 4am. What do I do about naps today?!

FTM here, if you can’t tell.

It’s only 7am where I live and we are preparing for a long day. My toddler woke at 4am… He typically wakes around 6, takes a nap from 12-2, then in bed at 7. But we’re dealing with jet lag and gas. Since he woke at 4, what do I do for naps today? Do I try for two naps? What time and how long?

Hoping some more experienced mums can help me out!

Try for two. I would put him down about 9 ish for an hour and again about 2 for an hour

I'd try and keep 12-2pm, but squeeze in an extra morning one as early as possible (8-9 maybe? Or 9-9:45?).

Or otherwise put him down at 11am and hope for a three hour nap, wake at 2pm as normal.
